Microsoft has posted a video showing some of the new features that will be built into Windows 8.

Microsoft has posted a video showing some of the new features that will be built into Windows 8, the code-name for the operating system to follow Windows 7.

According to media reports, Windows 8 will share the same system requirements as Windows 7 but with additional functionality. Icons are set to be replaced with ’tiles’ which will treat the desktop in a manner similar to portable devices such as iPhones and iPads.
